We are pleased to announce that Induction Healthcare will be introducing a new call screen for Attend Anywhere in late May (date TBC). That new call screen, which will contain many improvements for both patients/callers and clinicians/service providers, will run on a new platform and will incorporate group calls soon after.
The new call screen and platform will require additional firewall and proxy settings to be taken into consideration. Induction has published full current and future networking requirements here. Once the changes are in place, you’ll find a test button on our Technical Requirements page.
We urge you to alert your networking and firewalls teams of the requirements as soon as possible to allow them to prepare. We began testing in January.
