Service Desk

The Video Conference Service Desk is your dedicated single point of contact for all Video Conferencing incidents and requests within NHS Scotland.

The Service Desk will operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm offering a range of services including:

  • Remote Support of Video Conference End Points and Multi-Site Conferences
  • Support of Video Conferencing from Desktop and Mobile Devices
  • Multi-Site Bridge Booking Services
  • Training on End Points and Desktop Conferencing

If you are experiencing a video conferencing fault please contact the Service Desk by calling 01224 816666 where an analyst will be available to provide you support.

If you have a request the Service Desk can be contacted on vc.support “at” nhs.net, or alternatively by calling 01224 816666.

If you wish to make a multi-site bridge booking request the completed form must be submitted to the Service Desk on vc.booking “at” nhs.net
