The Video Conference Service Desk is your dedicated single point of contact for all Video Conferencing incidents and requests within NHS Scotland.

The Service Desk operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, offering a range of services including:

  • Full remote support of Near Me
  • Remote Support of Video Conference End Points
  • Support of Video Conferencing from Desktop and Mobile Devices
  • Training on endpoints and software Video Conferencing
  • Remote assistance for patients with video call problems.
    Patients should not call us directly. If you wish to have us contact a patient please contact us first for details and the approved procedure.
