The database sync problem has been rectified. SMS caller arrival alerts are functioning as they should.

A database sync issue has been pinpointed as the cause of SMS caller alert problems. It is affecting very few Service Providers. We expect the problem to be resolved overnight.

At present, SMS (texts to mobile phone) caller alerts, if set up for Waiting Areas, are very slow to EE Sims. Invitations to ongoing calls are taking a while too. Please visually check Waiting Area call queues if you normally use SMS caller alerts to let you know if callers have arrived.
This has been reported to Induction Healthcare and they are working on a fix.
