Highlights
Service Providers will be able to launch a group consultation before participants arrive.
Callers using mobile devices will be able to hide their self-view during a call. In addition, if breakout rooms are used during a group call, a hidden self-view will persist when moving between breakout rooms and the main group.
During group calls, when assigning callers to breakout rooms, providers will be able to assign themselves at the same time as callers to avoid callers in those breakout rooms being left alone without a provider.
For additional security, when someone changes their password on an Attend Anywhere account, the account holder will receive an email confirming the change (or alerting them to an unauthorised change).
Bug fix highlights
Screen sharing in larger groups – one slot for screen sharing will be reserved so screen sharing always works.
