Group Reports will be available from within the platform for Service Admin, Org Admin and Org Reporter roles.

SMS Caller Entry Alerts
If set to zero delay, a Service Provider will typically receive an SMS in under 10 seconds. With R91, the delay from caller arrival to alert had risen to around 45 seconds.
