The recent update to the Attend Anywhere platform may have introduced a glitch where some video feeds do not appear to some other callers. This issue can affect both standard and group calls but appears more prevalent in group calls. The problem can often be rectified if the person whose video feed cannot be seen disables and re-enables their camera, using the call controls along the bottom of their screen.
Induction, the company providing the Attend Anywhere platform upon which the Near Me Service runs, is aware of the urgency of the problem and is working on a hotfix which they hope to release in the next few days. We will update this post when we receive an update,
