Our patient-facing nearme.scot site is currently unavailable for standard internet users. It is a website that contains information for patients including: what to expect with a Near Me call; where to find suitable equipment and/or internet connections if they don’t have their own; translated, easy read and CYP leaflets describing Near Me calls.
The site can still be reached from most NHS Scotland connected PCs (although there seems to be some variation with VPN connected systems). We’ve raised a support ticket with the host and hope the site will be visible to all soon.
Should you require any translated leaflets (we have around 33 different language versions on the site) before the site is available to you, please contact our help-desk – vc.support@nhs.scot
