Near Me platform update r95

Release 95 due 22nd October 2025 between 00:15 and 03:45 GMT – no expected downtime.

Induction Healthcare, who provide the platform that our Near Me service runs on, will be updating the platform on the 22nd of October.

The release implements new features, improves refinement and applys bug fixes.

Highlights:

In Group Calls, participants can now view the order in which hands were raised.

In addition, Service Provider can lower an individual’s hand or lower all raised hands.

Service Providers can view patient details from the Caller’s video tile using the traffic-light like menu (⋮) which is probably the easiest place to start private chat with an individual Caller.

Organisation Administrators can now run reports for individual Waiting Areas without generating reports for the entire Organisational Unit.
