Induction has confirmed the SMS errors are now over.

Continued testing has revealed SMSs are beginning to work again but shouldn’t be relied upon yet. (There appears to be a US AWS problem affecting 1000s of services.)

At present, platform generated SMS (text) invitations and alerts are failing to send.
Email invitations are still functional as are the normal browser tab audio ping and browser notification type caller arrival alerts.
This has been raised as a high priority ticket with Induction.
