Platform update R101, released 28th October 2026 contains updates to screen sharing behaviour. When a Service Provider within a group call begins sharing content, they’ll see a pop-out window containing four of their most prominent callers. Their order of inclusion or appearance is weighted by: pinned participant; those with raised hands; active speaker; any participants with video enabled.
The release prompted us to update the guides we have produced to outline how content can be shared within Near Me calls.
