The Technical Advisory Group provides technical leadership and guidance to the team. The group is made up of a ICT professionals from across NHS Scotland.
The remits of the group is as follows:
- To undertake technical work as directed by the National VC Steering Group.
- To act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for the National VC Service.
- To provide technical guidance and oversight to the National VC Service.
- To provide specialist networking support to the National VC Service.
- To ensure technical developments are in line with current e-health policy and standards.
- To ensure technical developments continue to meet the needs of participating health boards.
