We have noticed some Tandberg T150MXPs in NHS Highland are often losing connection to their networks and the central VC infrastructure. Should you use one of these old systems and find you cannot make or receive a call please power the system off then on again. For some this will mean switching the power supply off then on. For those without a normal power supply your network cable provides the power. To power off such systems system please detach then reattach the network cable (often easiest at the wall mounted network port).
Please note Tandberg released an end of life statement for T150s in 2009. The last ones were sold in early 2010. Most of those in use are much older.
